Payment Information
- Currency: All transactions are processed in New Zealand Dollars.
- Credit Card Acceptance: All major credit cards are accepted.
- Credit Card Fee: A nominal fee of 1.5% is applied to credit card transactions.
- Price Variability: Prices are subject to change; please confirm current rates at the time of booking.
Cancellation Policy
- Free Cancellation: You can modify or cancel your booking at no charge up to 48 hours before your scheduled check-in.
- Late Cancellation Fee: Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in will incur a charge equal to the full cost of your stay.
Online Bookings
- Booking Fee: A $2.50 fee is applied to all online reservations.
- Refunds: Refunds for online bookings are issued to the credit card used for the original payment.
- Charges at Booking: Online reservations are charged to the provided credit card at the time of booking.
- Additional Services: Any extra services, such as additional guests or room changes, are payable at check-in.
- Late Cancellation/No-Show Fee: Less than 48-hour cancellations or no-shows will be charged the full cost of the stay.
General Information
- Check-In: From 3 PM.
- Check-Out: By 10 AM on the day of departure.
- Reception Hours: 7:30 AM to 8:00 PM.
- After-Hours Service: A $90.00 charge applies for key call-outs after hours.
Blue Peaks Lodge & Apartments
Our premises are entirely smoke-free. Smoking is permitted in designated outdoor areas only.
Children and Extra Beds
- Children under 5 years stay free using existing bedding.
- One child under 2 years stays free in a cot.
- Older children or adults are charged $50 per person using existing bedding. Rollaway beds are not available.
Pets
Pets are not permitted, with the exception of certified disability assist dogs.
Smoking
All apartments are smoke-free. Smoking is allowed outdoor areas only.
